- I'm a member of my local Baptist church. The passage that I have been studying more closely recently is 1 Corinthians 1:26-31 I think this is an amazing passage and should give everyone who has had a really broken life, but has found Jesus, hope & confidence in that they and their lives can & will bring Glory to God no matter how bad their life was before they became a Christian because God chooses it to be so.
