I’m creative. I like to work with my hands in my shop or outdoors. For the last 4 years I have been impressed by the Lord that it’s all about relationship…..with Him. Everything I need and desire flows from relationship with Him. So I have been leaning in to that and have had so much confirmation. For me, I’m learning that first and foremost I was created for fellowship with my Father, Jesus His Son, and the Holy Spirit. That is my purpose. I wish I could say that it’s easy but it’s been challenging at times. A couple of years ago I finally saw Romans 8:29 which says….”For whom He did foreknow, He also predestined to be conformed into the image of His Son….” That’s also my purpose and my hearts desire. I want to be like Jesus. On that same note I desire to truly experience what it means to walk in the Spirit and to be Spiritually minded. Because He says if I walk in the Spirit I shall not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. And to be spiritually minded equals life and peace. Psalm 1 and Psalm 23 are being illuminated to me. And I love the promise of Psalm 16:11 ‘You will make known to me the path of life; in your presence is fullness of joy and at your right hand are pleasures forevermore’. That’s where I want to be.

I love to see people fall in love with Jesus for the 1st time or the millionth.

Although I may not look the part, because of my raising I will always be a cowboy at heart. I’m most comfortable in boots and jeans and if I need to take it up a notch I’ll throw on a black sport coat. For years I wore dress clothes to work including a tie and, although I still own some, I prefer casual. And I wear blue jean shorts. Lol.

I’m blessed with being in good shape.

The highlight of my week is meeting with a group of Godly men at my shop every Thursday night at 7pm. It is amazing!
